They book a free first session, mention the code, and start with the coach they like.

Questions

Before you buy.

Three years from the end of the year it was bought, which is the German legal standard. A voucher from December 2026 is valid until the end of 2029.

The first session is a free trial anyway. If it doesn't click, they try another coach. The voucher only counts once they start a package.

Yes. Checkout asks for it, and it's printed on the voucher. If you'd like the voucher sent on a specific date, write that in the message too.

Yes. The voucher is credited to their next package or, for an amount, deducted from it.

You can withdraw within 14 days of buying, as long as the voucher hasn't been used. After that the voucher stays valid and transferable, but it isn't paid out in cash.

No. RYZZFIT coaches men, HERA coaches women, and the voucher works for either. Pick the side at the top so the voucher carries the right brand.
